Registration Guidelines :
- Conference Registration is Mandatory to Attend Workshop.
- Certificate from HOD or Student ID Card is Mandatory for PG Students.
- Registration Badge is Mandatory to Attend Workshop/ CME/ Scientific Halls/Lunch/ Dinner/ Exhibition Area/ Entertainment Programs
- To Collect the Badge Onsite, Physical Presence of the Delegate/Faculty is Mandatory.
- Conference Bag is not Guaranteed for Spot Registrations.
- Medical Council number is mandatory for registration in membership category.
- Online charges will be applicable at 3% of the total amount.
- Provide us your updated email id & mobile number. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
- Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
- Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
- It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo Id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
- Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at Email:
- No refund for the cancellation request after 15th July 2023.
- Refund will be initiated /transferred by Online, DD / Cheque only after the conference.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made post conference.
